skills stats

what will skills and stats cap be? It seems all shards now days abandon the old 130 and go higher.. or get powerscrolls etc. I personally just want everything to be as basic as possible..
also will drops be high or low? Would be nice to see a shard that is as non-itembased as possible

Skills Cap: 150 ( 180 whit items )
Stats cap: 250 with Mods (Dext,Int, Strg)

- Level 1: 600 total points, 60% of skills in that class.
- Level 2: 720 total points, 68% of skills in that class.
- Level 3: 840 total points, 76% of skills in that class.
- Level 4: 960 total points, 84% of skills in that class.
- Level 5: 1080 total points, 92% of skills in that class.
- Level 6: 1200 total points, 100% of skills in that class.
